Description Sylvainsjc 2012-12-11 08:28:04 MSK
Description of problem:

If I configure "no authentication" to adjust the time in this tool. It is always asked to the user to enter root authentication when he wants to change the time by clicking on "Set the date and time" on the systray.

Same behavior with ROSA Desktop 2012 RC

The reason is that draksec can only control old-style drakx tools.

So it can allow you to change the date using drakclock, but it has no effect on KDE "native" utilities (in particular, Date/Time settings in systray).

It would be nice to teach draksec to affect all necessary applications.

Or at least drop those entries in draksec that doesn't have any effect now, when we have dropped some drakxtools...
