Description of problem:
In 499th iso

Kuser change the Elementary-Rosa theme after you add a user on KDE default theme.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Kuser (theme Elementary)
2. Add new user (theme Elementary)
3. Close Kuser
4. Reboot computer
5. Enter OLD user
6. Open Kuser (theme by default KDE)

Note that kuser is not the recommended way to add users now. Use drakuser.

In KDE 4.11.2 and kuser 4.11.2 problem remains.
If we remove in the future drakuser, can be kuser you can use?
